Terms

Invoices

The Business will invoice the Client before the booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit need to be paid to secure the booking. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the booking. All Payments to be paid in full 3 month before the booking date. If there is a change in the date a new deposit is required to secure a new date

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

Modifications

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

Expenses

Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Contract. Travel cost out of the LA23 area will be covered @0.49 per mile via car. If further a field other forms or travel will need to be covered, this will be agreed between the stylist and client the plus time travel cost is to be covered.
